Ziyagil Konagı

Great little guesthouse with super friendly and helpful owners. Set right in the middle of the old town, but our room in one of the historic buildings overlooking the river was quiet. Downstairs there was a nice cool little courtyard with a table and chairs. There is also a courtyard off the main street by the hammam where we were able to safely park our motorcycle. Note that the street is generally closed to motorised traffic so you need to call or Whatsapp the owner when you arrive to get an escort in. Highly recommended.

Good place, run by a very welcoming family. We felt comfortable and safe. The rooms are not very big, but they are perfect for the historic period they represent. The location is perfect, on the bank the river,and the view is spectacular. The hospitality of the hosts is unmatched, and we wish to thank them for everything. The teas we drank were delicious, and the jams - absolutely breath-taking! Everything was very good, so we will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Ziyagil Konağı in Amasya. This cozy, family-run hotel is managed by a kind and helpful father and his sons. They were incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and ready to help with anything we needed. You can really feel the warm hospitality here. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the hotel has a charming traditional feel. Breakfast was a highlight — delicious and full of variety, including local cheese, fresh coffee, and their special apple and lemon iced teas, which were amazing! My second experience there and it's likely to be repeated. It's an excellent, simple but clean place, located on the river and close to almost everything. It's run by a nice, helpful family. I highly recommend it.

Ensar's help, and that of the entire team, was always there. The location was perfect. The breakfast was very good with local products. I would definitely come back.

This place was amazing to stay at. Service was fantastic and the apple tea that they serve is honestly chefs kiss. The beds were all clean, toilet was a bit small but understandable with the area it’s in. And location wise it’s super convenient for all the tourist attractions. Parking was a little limited when we went because of construction, however the owner guided us to the appropriate location for parking.

This is the best option in Amasya. We have been there three times in a few years and everytime it was amazing. Location in very historical center, great home made breakfast and what is the most important - 1) super clean. This is the cleanest hotel in Turkey, and we have been in many many hotels in whole Turkey in this price range, and 2) It is family hotel bussines. The owner is so polite and helpful, everybody from service is polite and willing. And they are still working on improving the hotel. We are looking forward to come back again. Thank you.
